This hard to find, well cared for 1993 BMW R100RT is factory painted Turquoise. It has a Monoshock rear suspension, and Dual front brake discs. It has New Metzeller Tires, New Sealed Battery, New alternator, and New regulator. It is equipped with BMW Saddlebags. It also has Chrome BMW Engine Guards, Brown Sidestand, Baker Air Wings, Throttlemeister “Cruse Control”, and a Corbin Dual Tour Seat. A pair of flashing red LED blocks are attached to either side of the taillight, and they flash faster the longer you hold the brake on. The bike has an Original BMW Tool Kit. The Mileage is 50,263.
The bike has 1100 Miles on it since the last BMW Factory Recommended 5K Service (5,000 Mile). We have just done an engine oil and filter change, so it ready to go for the season. The bike starts easily and runs smoothly. All electrical systems are in very good condition. Transmission and clutch performs perfectly. The exhaust is in good condition. Brakes and cables are all in very good condition. The paint is bright and shinny and in good condition, with only a few tiny chips, and one fingertip sized one on the left battery cover.
Over the decades, BMW constantly evolved the design of the Air cooled “R”, continuously making upgrades and improvements. This bike represents ALL of the upgrades and improvements BMW ever made to the air cooled twin;’ the best handling, stopping, and riding of all the R Bikes.
